To place an order for a custom product with a design and photography of your choice, please visit our shop page to select your product, theme and template. If you would like something different from our pre-made templates, you will have the option to upload your idea. Next, fill out the order form and we will evaluate your submission and take it from there.
Dye sublimation is a printing technique that uses heat to apply full-color, full-coverage designs onto your apparel. We use 100 percent polyester shirts for our products, providing our customers with quality fabric. For custom designs, it is important to provide high-quality artwork to produce the best product (i.e., no blurry photos).
Customers should expect imperfections around hard-to-reach areas such as around folds and creases, particularly under sleeves. Also be aware that smudges and white streaks may be present near the edges and the collar of the garment. These hard-to-reach areas are not present in our other products, making it easier for full coverage.
Please note that these are custom products, so no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Refunds may be considered before we begin the printing process. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know and we will determine if we can accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
